Preschool in Tomball/Cypress TX is looking for experienced, and friendly Preschool and Pre-K teachers to join our team!

At KA we are teaching children as young as six weeks all the way through Pre- K, along with after-school programs for elementary school students. JOB SUMMARY

_

_

Our teachers are responsible for the care and education of a group of children. The teacher will design and implement lesson plans according to the Kiddie Academy Curriculum, and manage the students as they learn, eat, sleep, and play. Teachers are responsible for keeping their classroom organized and clean, and communicating with parents in person and in writing.

We are hiring teachers and assistant teachers who will be responsible for supporting other teachers in the classrooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

_

_

All candidates must have one of the following:

• Desire to work with children!
• AA in ECE or related field (with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) (or at least 12 college credits in ECE), or current enrollment in a CDA program.
• AA or BA in an unrelated field, with few if any ECE credits, but a minimum of two years teaching experience in a preschool setting

All candidates must also have the following: Experience working with young children; school-setting experience. Compassion and love towards children. Comfort with tablet technology for record-keeping and communication

• Mastery of the English language, as spoken and written, to permit effective communication with parents.
