Re-bath is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company. We need an installer with excellent communication skills, experience, attention to detail, and savvy to handle bathroom remodeling tasks including carpentry, customer service, jobsite management, among others.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn't afraid to work really hard with minimal direction and to take initiative to improve processes. Remodeling or construction trades experience is required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
*KEY RESPONISIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions)*
- Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for customers
- Become an expert and train others on our products and installation techniques
- Troubleshoot and communicate any changes to labor or materials needs
- Maintain and operate company tools and vehicles in a safe manner
- Keep jobsites and materials clean, safe, and damage-free
- Complete all required documentation completely and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive reviews
*Must Have*
- Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
- Ability to pass a DOT medical exam
- Ability to pass a background check
- Cell phone with data plan

*ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Participate in periodic training events
- Help with warehouse work and display set-up & maintenance
- Review upcoming jobs with Lead Installers & Installation Supervisor
- Maintain compliance with Home Depot/State/County/City regulations
*MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
- Basic knowledge of how a residential job site runs
- 2+ years remodeling or construction trades experience
- High school diploma or GED
*PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
- 4+ years remodeling or construction trades experience
- Solid experience delivering customer service

Experience:
