We are seeking detail-oriented, trustworthy team player. Communication, organization and documentation is key. This is an ideal job for someone who is a master carpenter and is sick of commuting up to Seattle.

MUST HAVE:

5+ years experience

Tools and vehicle

Valid driver's license

No felonies/major convictions(clean background)

• ︎Must have the ability to learn new skills, problem solve, follow protocols, take initiative and lead by example.
• Must have general personal tools including: nail bags, hand tools, saws, hammers, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record AND reliable transportation for self and tools.

Our ideal candidate must excel in multi-tasking, which includes:

Concrete/ foundation

Framing/remodel including roofing

Siding/roofing

Windows/doors

Flooring/drywall

Trim/ interior carpentry

Kitchens

Bathrooms

New construction builds

Remodels

You should be able to track budgets and project schedule with regular reporting to management and clients.
