Mancan is looking for experienced laser burn table operators for a Smithville company! Qualified candidates will possess set-up skills, experience, and strong work ethics to add to the strength of the company's manufacturing team. They are looking for people with a positive attitude, great attendance record, can get along well with others, has good communication skills, can follow directions, and is self-motivated/task focused. This is a first shift position. Normal hours are 6:00-2:30 pm. Overtime schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm and Saturdays 6:00 am - noon.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Successful candidates will be responsible for safety, quality, and productivity of the forming of our sheet steel products.

• Ability to read and understand engineered drawings, understand bend allowances, understand CNC controls, set-up press brakes, and operate machine.
• High School Graduate
• Good energy level, must be productive, making best use of time
• Mathematical skills
• Proficient with the use of all basic hand tools including tape measures, digital calipers, and sheet metal gauges.

Must have own hand tools and lockable toolbox. (Company provides power tools)
