Responsibilities and Knowledge:

• Ability to work in one of our landscaping divisions
• Exceeding clients expectations on a daily basis
• 2 years of verifiable landscaping experience
• Initially work as a crew member training and learning our protocols (Advancement opportunities are available)

Requirements: * Minimum 2years of experience in landscape maintenance or install/hardscaping is preferred

• Equipment Experience is a must
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Time management skills
• Chemical Applicator License preferred, but not required
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License

Full-Time: Average of 50/hrs per week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full time ($45,000-$65,000/yr to start)
