Paragon Landscape Construction is an established full service landscape construction and maintenance company providing high quality landscapes and service for over 30 years. We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated, team oriented individuals who have a passion for the industry and desire personal and professional growth. Fulltime position available starting early spring.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups and mulching
- Experience with commercial mowers and equipment
- Ability to manage and assign duties to crew members
- Knowledge of lawn care management practices
- Excellent attention to detail in a high performance environment
Job Requirements:
- Mowing experience required
- Valid driver’s license required with clean record
- Ability to drive truck with trailer
- Willingness to work in all types of weather
- Quality control and attention to detail
- Willingness to perform all duties assigned
