We are currently searching for a sales driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This position will maintain excellent relationship with current clients and acquire new clients to increase business.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain current client relationship and identify areas for potential business growth.
- Generate new leads and business through outside sales initiatives.
- Contact potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them to discuss OSM services.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods. Research the latest in the maintenance and landscaping industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
- Develop and generate reports to track and measure on-going success.
- Collaborate with management team to ensure business requirements are met such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep OSM competitive.
- Other duties as assigned by upper management.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years related work experience; sales and marketing
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Valid Driver License
- Proven record of successful Outside Sales results, preferably within the landscaping industry
- Professional appearance.
- Amazing attitude – cheerful and confident.
- Confident using multiple platforms of technology.
- Have a STRONG basis in working with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Wise Agent
- Pass a Background & Credit Check
- Pass a Drug Test
- Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them under tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
