L'Etoile Restaurant is hiring a full time Sous Chef to join our team. L'Etoile is located on the Madison capital square and is an upscale farm-to-table spot serving French-inspired American fare and over 80 pages of wine from our cellar. First opened in 1976 under Odessa Piper, L'Etoile has been owned by Chef Tory Miller and Dianne Christensen since 2005. Chef Tory Miller was the recipient of the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Midwest in 2016, as well as a number of other accolades and nominations from the Beard Foundation.
Ideal applicants should have previous kitchen management experience preferably in fine dining restaurants, are able to expo efficiently and calmly under pressure and are interested in expanding their knowledge under Chef Tory Miller.

- Previous experience with expediting in a fine dining kitchen

L'Etoile Service Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 5:00pm - 8:45pm
