About the Job
- Meet with clients to gather information, then design and estimate their kitchen, bath, or other renovation project
- Meet with clients at our showroom or onsite at a time that’s convenient for them; this means after hours and Saturday appointments are a must
- Provide suggestions, options, and insights to customers during the selections process
- Work in the field to manage projects… you will get your hands dirty
- Receive change requests from customers and get written approvals
- Write up and deliver purchase orders with correct materials to vendors
- Meet with clients onsite to monitor progress
- Manage the entire process to ensure materials arrive on time and are available for the schedule
- Coordinate with the office staff to keep communication flowing
- Provide clear communication with everyone you interact with
Kitchen & Bath Designer Skills & Experience:

- Hands on residential construction or renovation project management experience
- Kitchen and bath design experience
- AutoCAD (AutoKitchen or 2020 CAD) experience
- Drafting experience
- Construction or renovation estimating and sales experience
- Able to represent yourself professionally with your teammates and our customers
- Has a natural curiosity and enjoys digging into and solving problems
- Willingness to actively engage with customers and prospects
- Thinks fast and enjoys being active
- Customer service scheduling/dispatching/logistics
- Able to work Saturdays and after hours to meet sales objectives
