We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Administrative Assistant position, joining our Key Accounts team in Nottingham, PA!
Schedule: Typical workweek will be Monday -Friday

Summary
Provide administrative support on an individualized basis for four to six Key Account Managers (KAM), and the VP, of Key Accounts by coordinating the clerical needs for promotional activities, working in TPO/TPM, managing customer portals, preparing sales data driven reports and handling information requests per KAM by performing the duties listed below.
The incumbent for this position must be organized, detail-orientated, and effective in prioritizing independent responsibilities. They must possess a positive, yet accountable attitude with eagerness and drive for accuracy and team success. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Help with tasks related to creating and updating promotions in TPO/TPM. This could include promotions, base line reviews, ROI analysis, entering new items, etc.
- Working in customer portals to enter promotions, customer payments, new items, deleted items, etc.
- Create and maintain existing spreadsheets and sale reports for specific time periods (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually) for Key Account Sales Management. This will also include a basic analysis of outstanding discrepancies or concerns, along with communication to the appropriate KAM.
- Compile competitive price points through internet research and collection of in-store circular ads in order to inform Key Account Management team through various needed reports.
- Compile weekly reports and analysis for Walmart and Sam s Club using the retailer driven internet based program Retail Link. (If training is needed, travel to retailer training center may be required.)
- Combine syndicated data with internal sales data for at-a glance reports for Senior Management review and analysis. Resources are utilized through IRI given data and stratum.
- Coordinate and implement price adjustments with Key Account Managers; Branch Managers; Regional Directors of D-V-I.
- Provide unsupervised additional Key Account Department support for various needs and projects that contribute to the department s success.
- Acts as a back-up for Secretary to the VP, Key Accounts during absences and vacations.
- Attend and/or take part in regular department and company meetings or conference calls.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with the retailer driven internet based programs such as Retail Link; sales databases such as Silvon; Map Point; and the AS400 system preferred; or must be able to obtain within 90-days of hire. Knowledge of Herr s product codes preferred.
Language Skills
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must have the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must have the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must pass a job-related software assessment with a score of 70% or better at the intermediate level.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid driver's license in the current state of residence.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
