Seeking individual to provide technical support for our Desktop Video Conferencing Software to end users via telephone and the Internet.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, the Internet, and PC Hardware is a must; 1-2 years prior software support experience preferred. Knowledge of Mac's, computer networking, TCP/IP, and UNIX, a plus. Troubleshooting and strong interpersonal skills are also required.
