- Responsible for the provision of a safe and clean living environment for all residents
- Clean common interior and exterior areas including any common hallways and bathrooms
- Prepare apartments and rooms for new residents by cleaning the space and appliances
- Ensure safety and security
- Respond to facilities related emergencies
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs such as replace lightbulbs, repair locks, windows and screens, caulking, replace batteries in Smoke/CO detectors
Minimum Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years’ experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply.
- Requires on-call availability.
- Flexible hours and duties as indicated by program needs.
- Driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
