Job Summary
The person in this position will work with our current IT staff of three people on a variety of small IT projects. The projects may include programming, hardware maintenance and inventory, website development, and the migration of various tools to cloud services. Most of the job duties will be accomplished on a computer - laptop or desktop.
Essential Job Duties
- Programming.
- Hardware maintenance.
- Inventory.
- Website development.
- migration of various tools to cloud services.
- There may be minor amounts of lifting of computer hardware, but it is not a principal part of the job.
Basic Qualifications
- The candidate should have a strong interest and ability in general IT practices, including scripting languages on Windows and Linux.
- Good interpersonal skills will be valuable, since the person will be working closely with our staff and other users.
Preferred Qualifications
- More advanced IT experience (say, HTML or Cloud computing expertise) would allow us to apply the candidate to more complex projects.
