IT Customer Support Manager Job at Augusta Staffing Associates
A local Technology company in Augusta, GA is hiring anIT Customer Support Manager!!! This position will be responsible for the onboarding and installation of new customers and services!! Hours will be 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday!! Paying $23.00/hr-$26.00/hr!! Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Train and supervise members of the installation team.
- Develop and maintain installation procedures and ensure compliance.
- Educate customers regarding Installation processes and train customers on what to expect when new services are installed.
- Communicate the status of issues to department managers and other team members and keep them informed of on-going resolution procedures.
- Escalate performance issues that affect service delivery to other department managers.
- Additional duties as assigned
