V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager for our premier client in Springdale, Arkansas.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Request, gather, document, process, store and analyze information as needed to advocate and enforce best practices for the success and completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and implement business technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Initiate creation, deployment and configuration of servers as needed in collaboration with IT Infrastructure Security Team and IT Delivery Services partners.
- Gathering and analyzing hardware needs from each facility and communicating those needs to procurement for execution of purchase orders within program timelines.
- Collaboration with Application Technical support and IT Security for the creation of new Access Groups as well as testing and deploying to production.
- Assist with requesting and managing user provisioning and ensuring each user gets the needed role for their respective location.
- Work with IT Infrastructure Security Team on troubleshooting any issues related to deployment and configuration of software.
- Working with teams throughout the company to provide guidance on application deployment and technical needs to support technical implementations.
- Communicate Mobile Device Management configuration needs to IT Infrastructure and collaborates on troubleshooting.
- Reporting on project task statuses as needed.
- Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.
