Job Summary

The qualified candidate will teach in-person sections of CIT 105: Introduction to Computers. Candidates may teach a section during spring 2023, but we will need a candidate to teach four sections of CIT 105: Introduction to Computers at the Ignite Institute (dual credit) in fall 2023 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:05 am to 2:00 pm.

Job Duties:

• Teach CIT 105: Introduction to Computers
  
• Submit syllabi, no-show reports, final grades, and student learning outcomes to the CIT program coordinator
• Submit early alerts for students needing additional assistance
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in information technology
• Two years of technology-related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience desired
  
• Experience in and understanding of working with students from diverse populations is preferred.
  
• Experience working at the community college level is preferred.
