Precision Pest & Home Services is a Pest Management and Home Services company founded on 18+ years of experience and professionalism. Precision Pest & Home Services, provides general pest control, termite control and monitoring as well as moisture, encapsulation and insulation services throughout the Charleston area. A family owned and operated company dedicated to providing a healthy work-life balance for all its employees.

The next team member must have a positive, can-do attitude and professional presence when working with residential and commercial customers. Prior experience in moisture remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, insulation installation and/or construction
is a MUST. Experience in pest control is a benefit but not required.

Ability and willingness to cross-train in pest and termite control is preferred. This position is physically demanding and requires an able-bodied individual to be able to stand, bend and crawl for extended periods of time. Training will be provided.

Schedule: Flexible working schedule available after 90 day probationary period

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturdays are optional and Overtime may become available as needed. SUNDAYS ALWAYS OFF

Job Requirements:

-Ability to lift 25lbs or more

-High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience

-Ability to work indoors or outdoors during all types of weather for extended periods of time

-A Valid SC Drivers License and Reliable Transportation is required

-Company vehicle and gas card provided

-Clean background check and driving record

Job Skills:

• Ability to use a mobile device and/or cell phone
• Exceptional work-ethic and positive attitude
• Punctuality and time management
• Prior experience in pest control or moisture/encapsulation services a plus
• SC Applicator or Specialty Licensing is a plus but not required

Salary:

• BOE, starting at $18-25/hour with increase potential after review
