Media Nation Outdoor is one of the largest providers of direct marketing services and outdoor advertising solutions in the country. We have been setting the standard for sign spinners and flippers nationwide since 1995, and we are headquartered in Lake Forest, CA.
We have a unique management opportunity for a highly motivated, quick-thinking, and personable individual to join our sales team to help our business grow. You will be on the front-line introducing prospects to Media Nation Outdoor, articulating MNO’s value proposition within our national presence. We are looking for a highly motivated, polished self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in B2B sales communication, specifically in a very high-volume capacity, targeting home builders and property management firms. We run lean on a tight budget lean, like a small business. This allows our boutique team to offer a personal touch for our niche in-house staffing, with the structure and national presence of a publicly traded entity. We are looking for someone who can operate within regions that complement the recruiting process, and someone who can also bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns by utilizing advertising channels for the best results across multiple regions.
Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a $25 hourly rate and a 3% commission with attractive bonuses based on performance. There is no cap on the amount of commission you can earn.
Media Nation offers paid time off plus benefits (medical, dental and vision).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Manage and grow the existing book of business assigned to you, as well as aggressively grow the scope of services and regions served
· Actively make outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
· Qualify and drive conversions through the sales process and convert leads into returning customers
· Drive engagement and build rapport with key buyers and decisions makers - specifically in home building and property management sectors
· Articulate Media Nation’s product offering in a succinct and compelling way to capture direct marketing budget as markets change in Q1 2023
· Manage pipeline of leads and log sales activity into CRM· Meet/exceed sales quota as defined by direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years sales/sales development experience in home building and property management preferred
· Self-starter with high integrity
· Receptive to coaching and adaptive to change
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and provide solutions for client needs
· Quick learner, detail oriented, team player
· Superior time management and follow up skills· Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
