Danfoss Innovation Accelerator in Cambridge, MA is searching for an Innovation and Technology Analyst Co-op to join our team for the Spring and Summer 2023 terms. The role will fuel the future of Danfoss by developing new solutions, growth strategies, and entrepreneurial processes to support our core businesses.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of technology, partnership, and growth opportunities that support, enhance, and/or evolve the Danfoss capabilities across the globe

• Support strategy formation and execution for incubating and scaling new businesses and/or products

• Provide strategic guidance and foster value-creation from external technologies in core businesses across the global Danfoss organization

• Engage with industry leaders and corporate partners to increase Danfoss brand recognition, including attracting high performing, diverse individuals who will support the Danfoss Innovation Accelerator mission.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Economics, Innovation/Engineering, or related field
• Ability/commitment to work full time (40 hours per week) January through August 2023
• Candidate must be located in the Cambridge/Boston area
• Demonstrated interest in innovation and entrepreneurship
• 1-2 years of experience demonstrating strong business strategy fundamentals, startup experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B business development, project management, or marketing role
• Experience with development of proof-of-concept and scaling of new solutions
• Accountability for industrial commercialization or corporate entrepreneurship projects
• Experience in the automation, robotics, electrification, digital solutions, HVACR, and/or off-highway industries is a plus
