About this role:

Our ICS team is looking for an information security leader to join our Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) team as the manager of the DLP Triage function. The manager will be responsible for leading a team of roughly 8+ in identifying, triaging and managing potential data loss events and data protection initiatives through appropriate resolution paths. This role will partner closely with the EDLP Response and Innovation teams to identify emerging patterns of risky user behaviors and develop actionable recommendations for DLP policy rule enhancements and tuning. General duties include managing daily operations and resource assignments, partnering with security control stakeholders to reduce risk of data loss, continuous tuning/optimization of operations to improve effectiveness and efficiency, as well as responding to audit and regulatory obligations. The position involves regular interactions with senior leadership and business-aligned security leaders, LOB partners and stakeholders across the three lines of defense.

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in DLP operations, cyber security risk and incident management, familiarity with regulatory requirements (GDPR, GLBA, CCPA, etc.) and security controls frameworks (NIST) , as well as strong people management and communication skills.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and lead operational support for the Enterprise DLP Triage program
  • Maintain an awareness of the threat landscape companywide and provide security consultation in support of strategic planning and business development
  • Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
  • Make decisions that move significant opportunity to create advances in information security and efficiency and potential risk companywide
  • Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Manage a technical operations team
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Interact with senior Information & Cyber Security leadership and security partners including BISOs and LOB business leadership
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Analysis
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Information Security Operations and Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Data Loss Prevention Operations experience including event triage and response, identifying tuning enhancements, etc.
  • 2+ years of Information Security Governance, Risk and Change Management (GRC) experience.
  • Security Operations and Incident Management experience
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of threat analysis and assessment of potential and current information security risk/threats
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry

Pay Range
$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
