Job description
Solar Exchange is a growing lead generation company in the renewable energy sector. Our goal is to aid in the growth of the solar industry while informing our communities of the benefits of switching to solar energy. We provide a great work environment with all the training and assistance you could need. Solar Xchange is looking for a Call Center Representative who is hardworking, self motivated, and looking for growth.
Location : 111 Woodcrest road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 BLDG: 111 STE: 120
*The position and interview process will be held all in office.*
What we offer:
- 8:00am-4:30pm
- 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Base Hourly ($13.00/Hr. DAY SHIFT) plus commission/ daily bonuses
- Base Hourly ($15.00/Hr. NIGHT SHIFT) plus commission/ daily bonuses
- Weekly Pay: $500.00 - $1, 200.00
- OT available
- $500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Be able to take 200+ calls a day
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Able to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls
- Possess the ability to work under pressure, supervised, and unsupervised
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
