Annual starting range $55,000.00 to $62,000.0 Based on skills and experience
- Fulltime Permanent / Day Shift / Monday - Friday
- Responsible for the coordination of air and ocean export and imports shipments from A – Z.
- Knowledge of the logistics process of a shipment
- File pre-alerts and ISF’s.
- Constant follow-up with customers, transportation companies, and/or agents regarding shipment status, processes, and documentation needed.
- Process invoices into the system.
- Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies.
- · Ensure all documents are prepared in a timely manner for shipments to be on time and without issues.
- · Guarantee that all documentation is accurate and all industry, federal, and international regulations are followed.
- · Prepare reports as requested.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Associates degree or equivalent plus 2-5 years previous export and imports experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of air and ocean imports documentation, regulations, and processes.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
