WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Phoenix Defense is seeking Site Manager(s) (SM) for the III Corps Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) Contract at multiple locations. The SM will be the Full-time dedicated Task Order Manager (TOM) at each site responsible for all aspects of delivering the Mission Training Complex (MTC) Capability Support mission. The ideal candidate possesses the experience and demonstrated ability to staff, train and lead a highly motived, contractor work force in the execution of individual sustainment training through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training/Development, and Warfighter Functions (WFF) training. The SM will possess experience combining these training events into a simultaneous synthetic environment using the Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) Integrated Training Environment (ITE) capabilities. The SM shall be the principal point of contact with the MTC Director for delivering all technical requirements in the TO. The SM directly supervises the Site personnel at each site and is responsible for all program requirements. The SM reports to the MTCCS PM.
- The SM serves as the principal point of contact with the MTC Director for all technical requirements in the TO and the supervisor for Contractor employees assigned to the MTC.
- Directly manage the Site Personnel and Resources on all TO matters relating to daily operations.
- Responsible for all site actions necessary to ensure TO compliance and proper performance of all work assigned.
- Responsibility and authority for managing contractor personnel, and acquisition of additional or replacement qualified personnel as required.
- Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) of Task Order site execution.

- 20 Years of Military Experience with US Army Operations, Training and Simulation.
- Successfully served as a US Army Battalion Commander or higher.
- Military Education Level (MEL) 4 required, MEL 1 desired.
- Minimum 10 years of project and program management experience, PMP desired.
- Experience serving on a US Army Battalion, Brigade or Corps Staff
- Experienced in US Army Operations, Training and Simulation at the Brigade, Division or Corps Level.
- Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Admin, Computer Science or related discipline, Masters Degree desired.
- U.S. citizenship required
- DoD Secret Clearance required for Spoke locations. Top Secret clearance required for Hub location.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
- Complete understanding of Mission Command Training Support Program (MCSTP).
- Knowledge of virtual training simulators, constructive simulations, and with Army Games for Training
- Experience with planning and executing large training and simulation events.
- Experience executing Mission Command training at battalion/brigade command level or higher
- Familiarity with Army Mission command Systems/platforms
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
