Your opportunity
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of IBOR transactional data, ensuring that all positions and market value data used by Fund Managers and other internal / external clients & functions is of high quality
- Focus on Start of Day accuracy for Australian and Asian reconciliations.
- Partner with our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure along with our counterparties, they are proving timely and accurate information to enable complete reconciliations
- Identify data issues across Janus Henderson in order to constantly improve data quality within the firm. Escalate known data efficiencies outside of the immediate remit of the team
- Work with internal departments and market vendors to maximise efficiencies and improve service to clients
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external functions e.g. TPAs, Enterprise Data Management, Global Pricing Team, IT Market Data Manager, Fund Management, Fund Control, Operations Strategy, Business Change, Trade Management, Investment Administration, Transitions etc
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
