This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run an HVAC service truck to the standards of a successful organization. We have NO ON-CALL, NO SUNDAYS, AND NO TRAVEL!

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in residential HVAC service
• Excellent technical abilities, particularly troubleshooting residential systems
• Good knowledge of the trade and outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle
• Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis
• Ability and willingness to work occasional Saturdays
• Ability and willingness to attend training and classes
• Experience with an iPad or similar device is helpful
• Excellent professional & personal references
• Residency within 35 miles of our Roswell office
