We are looking for an skilled HVAC installation tech ready to take their career to the next level. This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully perform residential HVAC equipment installations to the standards of a 5-star company. We have NO ON-CALL, NO SUNDAYS, AND NO TRAVEL!

Requirements:

• Excellent technical abilities and outstanding installation skills, particularly installing residential systems.
• Proven history of successfully leading a team of installers and helpers in performing quality work a plus!
• 3-5 Years experience in residential HVAC service and/or installation.
• Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
• Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis.
• Ability and willingness to work occasional Saturdays.

• Ability and willingness to attend training and classes.
• Excitement and passion for the HVAC industry.
• Have a prepared resume.
• Residency within 35 miles of our Lawrenceville office (98 Patterson Rd)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
