Global Veterinary Partners is a growing group of animal hospitals in Florida who specialize in cats and dogs. Our practices are proudly partnered with Vetco Total Care and are located inside of Petco stores. We have locations in Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Miami, Palm Beach, Pembroke Pines, Sarasota, and Stuart. In the coming months we are expected to open hospitals in Clermont, Pinellas, Port St. Lucie, and Titusville.

What we're looking for

A human resources manager or director that can manage recruiting, scheduling, and implement our policies for over 120 employees. The position will be in our Weston office Monday through Friday. It will also require you to travel to the animal hospitals as needed. Additionally, this position will require availability for calls on weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Doctor's schedules for all hospitals
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource records and documentation
• Manage recruitment and interview process
• Maintain, complete, and verify I-9 forms
• Conduct terminations
• Oversee timecards for the payroll department
• Perform other related duties as assigned
