Overview:

Provide support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team, specifically in the areas of data management, data integrity, reporting, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional application support, end user guidance, and system maintenance for HR information system applications.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary to GTS, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of new functionality, enhancements, patches, and upgrades, including but not limited to functionality testing, test script development and execution, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with GTS for interface/data file testing and implementation. Research interface file issues and recommend resolutions to GTS. Liaison with external vendors receiving interface files.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and analyze key metrics, process design, and system functionality to recommend enhancements to business processes.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to identify queries/reports needed to ensure data integrity and system compliance. Develop simple to moderately complex queries to support the data integrity validation process.
  • Collaborate with functional users in Human Resources and other business units to identify necessary reports, gather requirements, create moderately complex to complex reports/queries, determine delivery methods and schedules, and maintain reports/queries.
  • Prepare written documentation of various types including application documentation, functional specifications, training manuals, status reports, etc.
  • Develop and provide system and process training to internal Human Resources and external clients.
  • Represent increasing levels of responsibility in different size work groups operating with different levels of autonomy and therefore experience required.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, MS Office, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to respond to multiple issues and execute appropriate actions in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Strong organization and project management skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work independently.

    Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience, Master's degree and 1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
