Human Resources Generalist Job at Eagleville Hospital
Eagleville Hospital is currently seeking a FT Human Resources Generalist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brokered benefits program by ensuring timely annual enrollment and assisting new hires. Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Benefits and resolve issues, FMLA, Covid trackers and employee events for 250 - 300 employees
- Assist with full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll questions
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagleville Hospital, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The hospital serves as a regional resource for the treatment and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a national resource for training and research for addiction and related conditions. The hospital also houses an older adult unit and an acute psychiatry unit.
