HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR - - HAMILTON TOWNSHIP (Atlantic) - - The Township of Hamilton is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to fill the position of Human Resources Supervisor. A working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations is essential. Must be able to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities and daily operations, and to manage/prioritize a high volume workload in an HR Department of one. Exceptional customer service, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and excellent oral/written communication skills required. Bachelor’s Degree, SHRM-CP, PHR, or IPMA-CP certification preferred. Applicants must have two years of HR experience. Public employment experience preferred. Excellent benefit package. Salary determined based on Township Ordinance, qualifications and commensurate experience.
