Dwelling Place is looking for a Housing & Community Development Associate to join our team! The role will support the Director of Housing & Community Development and assist in furthering efforts and activities of Dwelling Place Housing and Community Development Programs. One of the duties is to coordinate housing and community development activities including, but not limited to, preparing reports related to real estate development activities, facilitating feasibility studies, capital needs assessments, environmental reviews, zoning approvals, market studies, and the selection process for architects and contractors.
