Hot/Cold prep Job at Rosa's Cafe
Seeking food prep personnel for our new location to open in Cross Roads, TX in the late Fall. We are looking for friendly, upbeat team members to be a part of the Rosa’s Café family! Job Characteristics
Hot/Cold Prep:
· Follow recipes as written in the Rosa’s recipe book.
· Ability to keep work area clean, and keep storage organized.
· Must routinely inspect food on the serving line for quality and quantity.
· Ability to check expiration dates and quality of product brought in from vendors.
· Ability to operate equipment in a safe manner.
· Taste test all new product and be familiar with Rosa’s Café standards of quality.
Qualifications:
· Prefer open availability schedules (including weekends).
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Must follow par levels and keep track of production levels.
· Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs unassisted and over 40 lbs with the assistance of another employee.
· Ability to place food items in walk-in coolers with temperatures below 35℉.
· Ability to operate machinery with levers and manual operations in excess of three feet height.
