We are Sila-V Healthcare, Inc and looking for a qualified licensed LVN Case Manager in Newhall/Santa Clarita area.
- Must be highly responsible and dedicated to the job.
- Must be organized, have good communication and good time management skills.
-Must speak English fluently.
- Detail oriented and able to work minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
- Active/Current LVN License with no restrictions
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience in a clinical or home health setting
- Must have transportation with proof of active car insurance.
- CPR/BLS Certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
