$1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff (30-40* hours per week)

We are looking for compassionate, motivated and dependable individuals to join our team and enrich the lives of the individuals we serve. We have an immediate need for a Home Health Aide NH!

When you join our dedicated staff of in-home caregivers, each day is a new opportunity to bring comfort and joy into the lives of seniors with disabilities, individuals with mobility or sensory impairments, or adults transitioning back into their homes from the hospital.

In this role, you will be responsible for bed changes, taking basic vital signs and measurements, personal care as delegated and appropriate, dressing, cleaning, and more as plan of care states and licensure allows.

Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age or older to fill these positions and have an active New Hampshire LNA license.

Compensation: Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Hours: Dependent upon the individual needs of each client. Shifts are typically two hours or less. This position offers a flexible, per diem schedule.

Bonus will be paid in two payments at 3 months and 6 months. *Bonus is based on hours at time of hire as reflected in new hire offer letter.
