Job Overview:

Our Heavy Machine Maintenance Technician will provide in house preventative maintenance and repair to our industrial machinery.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full-time position. We are seeking awesome employees to fill our 2nd shift!! Flexibility to work a staggered schedule. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Shift 2: 3pm to 11pm, Monday-Friday (subject to a staggered schedule)

Position responsibilities:

Troubleshoot & diagnose Electrical.

Hydraulics Pneumatics

Machine preventative maintenance Machine repair

Calibration Understanding meters, ranges of current & voltage.

Continuous Improvement Plant wide accountability

Read & interpret machine/mechanical drawings.

Effective communication with Machine Operators

Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school or equivalent preferred

High mechanical aptitude

Must pass a Mechanical aptitude test.

Electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Ability to determine root cause of issues.

Previous experience working in a warehouse and with heavy machinery.

Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 10 lbs repeatedly.

Ability to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead.

Some repetitive motion required.

Communicate via English
