Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Technician for our Jacksonville office. The primary role of our technicians is to administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment as prescribed by a medical professional, while developing professional, lasting relationships with our patients throughout the duration of those treatments.
The ideal candidate will embody Serenity’s core values, be punctual, and have a passion for supporting our patients.
Daily Responsibilities
- Support patients during treatment using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results.
- Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Other duties as needed to support our patients.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 2+ years of experience working in a high-stress, fast-paced customer service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as situations may require.
- Reliability with scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
