Drip (dripshop.live) is a live stream commerce marketplace starting with physical collectibles and NFTs. Since launching in April 2021, we’ve grown volume 2300x, built an incredibly passionate community, and raised almost $30m in venture capital funding from leading investors.
Drip is looking for a data-driven & creative growth leader to scale our user acquisition and retention efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving our growth efforts and collaborating with our product and business teams to drive growth.
Who you are:
- Growth expert with a strong track record in marketing fundamentals and a creative streak for innovative growth tactics at fast-growing start-ups
- Structured, process-oriented, and data-driven
- Exceptional people manager, with ability to motivate and develop a wide range of team members in direct management and cross-functional collaboration
- Love working in a fast-paced startup environment juggling multiple priorities and making things happen
- Bonus points if you are passionate about (or excited to learn about) our core collectible categories (trading cards, sports cards, and other collectibles) or NFTs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own all user acquisition and retention efforts — driving and reporting on key metrics including conversion rates, new buyers, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime value), and ROI (Return on investment)
- Optimize our digital marketing strategy, creative, and budget allocation across paid spend, affiliate partnerships, influencer, and more
- Manage team of 5+ direct reports providing daily support with prioritization, xFC coordination, and feedback on content
- Build and execute a flexible, replicable playbook to collaborate with Drip streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners
Required Non-Negotiable:
- 5+ years of experience directly owning growth results across several channels
- 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup
- Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action
- Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels including owned (email, social), influencer, paid and earned (SEO, organic); ideally you have one of these channels that you are stellar at
- Willing – and excited – to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
- Track record of thoughtful team development and people management
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to implement growth perspective into roadmap and product development process.
