Yuki’s Bakery & Coffee is looking for an experienced Baker / Pastry Chef to join and lead our team!
Yuki’s Bakery is an Israeli inspired bakery. Our main focus is to provide customers with the most delicious products.

We are seeking for a candidate who understands baking techniques and pastries. privius managing experiance, iventory control, quality control.
you will be incharge of hiring, scheduling, vendor orders, creating new menu items with owner, manage BOH team, cleaning control and maintnance of the kitchen equipment.
Here are few of the items you will be asked to produce: Challah, Cookies, Babka, Quiches, Borek, Scones, Muffins, Coffee Cakes, Brownie, etc.
Skills and Requirements:
* Ability to lift 50lb
* Know how to operate commercial kitchen equipment.
* Follow health department requirements.
* Must be able to work opening shifts
* Must be able to work weekends and holidays
* ServSafe certificate is requier
* Inventory Control
* Supervise all bakers, and plan the day
* Formal culinary school training a plus
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to work alone or with little supervision
* Be focused and punctual
Candidate for this position should have minimum of 3 year of professional baking experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
