Groundskeeper Job at Motel 6 Hammond
1 Check & clear garbage around both the main drainage holes of the property (FIRST TASK)
2 Clear out all the garbage cans around the property
3 Put new garbage bags in all the garbage bins
4 Clean the 2nd-floor laundry room
5 Clean & maintain the vending area
6 Clean the glass panels around front entrance of the lobby
7 Clean the glass panels around back entrance of the lobby
8 Clean the glass panels on both sides of the 2nd floor passage area
9 Clean & remove lints from laundry room (Every Tuesdays & Fridays)
10 Sweeping & Mopping the lobby
11 Sweeping & Mopping the internal staircase
12 Vaccuming the second floor carpet area
13 Pick-up all the garbage through-out the property
14 Blow-out all the alleys
15 Blow-out all the walkways
16 Gather & throw all the gargage collected through blow-out
17 Sweeping & Mopping of the Storage Room (Every Monday)
18 Powerwash the walkways twice a month
19 Remove Snow from Walk-ways when it snows
20 Put Salt on Walk-ways when it snows
21 Make sure there is no weed on property

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
