Graphic designer
Join our growing company, expansion requires us to increase our marketing team with energetic graphics talent for creation of digital and print brochures and advertising, maintain and expand our social media presence, liaise with our broad customer base, and maintain and upgrade our websites. We are looking for someone to work primarily on developing the brand visual identity and collaterals. The candidate should be fluent with Adobe Creative Suite and have a passion for new graphic design trends.

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral and perform retouching and manipulation of images.

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

• Obtain input from team members, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately.

• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.

• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.

• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.

• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.

• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.

• Take product photographs for product portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Adobe Creative Suite InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop) is required. MAC experience is ok as well. Social media and video exp. is required.

• Highly proficient in design aspects (Logo, typography, image databases, brochures, etc.). HTML/CSS is preferred as well.

• Self-Starter able to take direction and run with the tasks assigned.
