SeaCast Inc., is currently looking for Production Workers to develop aerospace parts at our Marysville facility and rocket engine parts at our Arlington facility. We are hiring for first shift 7:00am - 3:30pm and second shift, 4:00 pm - 12:30am; shift differential and overtime; Monday through Friday work week. These roles include heat treat, wax assembly, mold prep, grinding/final finishing, welding, maintenance, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

We recently built a state-of-the-art investment casting facility in Arlington, WA where we manufacture aerospace, rocket engine parts. Previous manufacturing experience is a big plus.

The production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes grinding, wax assembly, deburring, finishing, NDT and packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Previous foundry experience is a huge plus.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Ability to follow instructions, read, write and perform arithmetic calculations
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to work in difficult working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, molten metal and other elements for extended periods of time.

Education and/or Experience:

• Grinding, deburring and finishing experience strongly preferred
• Basic math skills are required for non-destructive testing (NDT) positions
• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
• Good hand / eye coordination while able to work with repetitive tasks on daily basis
• A high aptitude for fine detail work a must
