Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is hiring General Managers in the greater Milwaukee area!

Positions: General Manager

Milwaukee Area Locations – Brookfield, Fox Point, Waukesha, Greenfield and Oak Creek.

Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

As a Restaurant General Manager, you are responsible for bringing that great Lou Malnati's culture to life! We rely on you to teach every person working in our store and every customer who walks through our doors what it really means to work at Lou’s. You’ll set the standard for every position on the team and wear many hats including customer service, cooking, staffing, marketing, and sales. To thrive as a Restaurant General Manager at Lou’s, you should be ready to roll up your sleeves. Your busiest days should be your favorite days and you should be motivated by doing things a little better than yesterday.

Requirements:
- Recent high volume restaurant GM experience is preferred.
- You must be self-motivated, friendly and responsible.
- You must have strong leadership qualities as well as a sense of humility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to assist your staff whenever needed.
- You must be committed to improvement, both in the operations of your assigned restaurant as well as in your own personal and professional development.
- It is also important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to motivate your staff in a positive and creative manner.

Manager Responsibilities Include
- Recognizing potential when on-boarding and developing existing team members by inspiring a culture around growth
- Demonstrating excellent hospitality while anticipating and addressing customer needs
- Creating a collaborative work culture between management and the entire team
- Handling difficult employee issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups and terminations
- Assuming direct responsibility for financial performance and profit and taking appropriate corrective actions when needed

The ideal candidate will have experience as a HIGH VOLUME General Manager, GM, Store Manager, Unit Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Senior Manager, AGM, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or another high volume GM level management position.

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability
