We are looking for a hands-on experienced individual with the ability to thrive in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment!

POSITION SUMMARY: Major areas of responsibility include facilities maintenance and light construction labor. This position requires the ability and desire to engage in various manual tasks such as digging, unloading materials, pump-outs, using hand tools, and operating machinery. The individual filling this position will be expected to become proficient on assigned skills through on-the-job training and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Local pick-up/delivery of parts and supplies.
2. Setting up daily work areas.
3. Tends to machines, tools, equipment, and storing of material on job site.
4. Moving and relocating heavy equipment and parts.
5. Operating equipment for dewatering and cleaning of pits/tanks/OWS.
6. Observe and learn to maintain and/or establish professional customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
7. Maintain cleanliness at job sites and company facilities.
8. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Basic familiarity with mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
3. Strong customer orientation.
4. Dependable and hands-on. Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, well organized and detail oriented.
5. Hard working, honest and ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals.
7. Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
8. Fluent in English with the ability to listen well and communicate effectively.
9. Driver’s license and excellent driving record required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds; and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
2. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions
3. Agility and ability to work under physical conditions that may be rigorous and demanding such as kneeling, bending, exposure to hazards, working with excessive noise, climbing stairs, lifting, scaffolding, moving through cramped quarters, constant use of hands to handle and operate various tools.
4. May include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
5. Ability to complete complex work and requires continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and problem solve.
6. Ability to maneuver around moving objects, vehicles, and/or machinery.
7. May be expected to drive for long periods of time.
8. Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit.
9. May be required to travel by way of commercial aircraft.
