We are looking to hire a Funding Assistant to join our collaborative team at our beautiful, yet casual office environment in Wausau, WI (on-site only). As a Funding Assistant, you will receive and review loan documents to determine if they are accurate and complete, and purchase the loans into the appropriate company for funding release. You will ensure loans are processed, filed and scanned for accurate disbursement and maintain office operations by reviewing and distributing external and internal mail while serving customers primarily over the phone.

What you need to be a successful Funding Assistant:

• Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong prioritization skills and a track record of consistently going above and beyond with outside-the-box thinking
• Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities as well as excellent listening skills
• Self-starter with ability to identify needs and areas of impact, as well as potential solutions
• Team player who works well under pressure, and is flexible in the face of changing priorities and needs
• Strong Computer skills with working knowledge of Windows applications
