Position Overview
Avoya Travel is looking for Front End Developers to work on the development of our digital products. All front-end developers are expected to be proficient in CSS, HTML and JS, be able to work on their own at times as well as part of a team and have a practical understanding of aesthetic design and layout. The majority of our work is done in Vue and Nuxt and its preferable that you have some experience in Vue or another similar front-end framework.
What You'll Be Doing...
Plan, build, test, debug, optimize and maintain functionality among new and existing consumer facing, internal and support web pages and apps.
Communicate with the Product Dev. Manager and internal teams to help with a wide variety of daily programming and design challenges
Utilize Google Analytics, internal marketing tracking software and A/B and split testing platforms to continually test and iterate on old and new digital products

2+ years in similar role.
Exceptional skill at developing JS/AJAX, HTML, and CSS interfaces using best practices and standards.
Ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment, while also being able to work alone on projects when necessary.
Learn and acquire skills quickly and then deploy knowledge on working projects; adapting to an agile technical environment in a small team.
Consistently deliver products of a high quality and with an acute attention to detail and polish, while also being able to give and receive constructive criticism and use it as a tool to further improve their work.
Rapid prototyping and building enterprise level user interfaces for mobile and web use.
