SALES/FRONT DESK POSITION: The purpose of the sales associate is to support the studio with new membership sales. The sales associate manages sales retention on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Driven by organization and methodically going through the sales process

• Consistently sell fitness apparel, private training, and teacher training programs
• Learn our fitness management software for tracking sales goals, outreach and studio operations
• Follow studio protocols to ensure brand systems are supported
• Must have excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, through text and email
• Must be able to attain sales goals in a persuasive non-high pressure way
• Must be proficient in computers and social marketing
• Organization and cleanliness in the studio is a key part of success in this role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute, track and manage sales process from obtaining qualified prospects through close
• Be able to speak intelligently about Pilates when giving studio tours and establish relationship while supporting each individual’s needs, wants and goals
• Maintain sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Retain members by consistently checking in with them and offering other services or retail
• Participate in special events
• Organize and arrange events with the help of the GM
• Cleaning the studio per cleaning protocols
• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• 10% commission paid on monthly sales
