Job Title: Lead Front Desk Concierge
Reporting To: Business Office Manager
Position Location: Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm (30 hours per week)
Qualifications: Must be outgoing and personable, highly customer service oriented, a good communicator and courteous. Computer and multi-line phone experience required.
Responsibilities: Will act as the customer service rep for our residents and families, liaison between Department Heads, greet visitors and will fulfill non-clinical/non-medical resident requests.
