POSITION TITLE: Float/Data Entry

JOB LOCATION: Pensacola, Florida

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or its equivalent. Clerical/secretarial experience a plus. Ability to process large amounts of data entry and perform variable typing tasks. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Acts as float position assisting legal assistants with processing incoming documents, transcription, time entry, filing, etc. Maintains positive “success for all” team relations.
