The Resource is hiring for Filler Machine Operators for our client, a milk and ice cream production company, located in High Point, NC! This is a permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity to join an established company that has been in business for over 100 years. This position offers a salary range of $16.00-18.00 per hour (based on experience) with a benefits package including Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K and more! The working schedule is training on 8-hour 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm), but candidates must have shift flexibility based on production needs (3rd shift – 9pm-5am). The Ice Cream Filler Machine Operator is responsible for verifying labels and bar codes, packaging products, troubleshooting machines, and cleaning, programming and setting up machines. Candidates must be comfortable woring in and out of storage freezer areas at times. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in a manufacturing environment, with previous machine operation experience.
