Pipe's Delivery Corp., a FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time delivery drivers in the Grayslake, Illinois area.

Delivery drivers will be operating out of the North Chicago terminal (located at 1260 Rowena Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030) with delivery routes servicing commercial and residential areas. Our drivers will be operating 14-18ft step vans provided by the employer.

CDL License is NOT Required!

Hourly Pay Rate: $22

Work Hours: Approx 8:30AM - 4:30PM

Schedule: Sun-Thurs

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 Year of verifiable job-related driving experience preferred but not required
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• Illinois Class C license is a plus but not required!
• Physically able to manage packages up to 150 pounds

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at Grayslake FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and unloading packages from the truck
• Make approx 160 stops a day to destinations accurately using a GPS system
• Scan and Log Packages

Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies is a plus.
